Some parts shine, others fall flat
Enjoyed the spacious Superior Queen Room with a nice view. Great location and a secure layout made me feel safe.
Housekeeping needs improvement. the bathrooms weren't pristine, and noisy surroundings disrupted my sleep.

Family with children mixed experience
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. For instance, when my dad wanted a specific suite that was closed off, they opened it for us instead of just saying no.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable given our needs.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed nearby hiking trails and Lake Shasta. The pool area was nice, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up. the hotel is undergoing some updates, but it's still comfortable for a fun getaway. I recommend checking out local golf courses, too!
One of my friends had a frustrating experience with the breakfast service. The food wasn't up to par at all, with some items even being undercooked, which left a bad impression.

My recent stay at the Red Lion Hotel was excellent. The accessible room I used was impeccably clean and had a fantastic roll-in shower with a transfer seat, making it quite comfortable. The friendly staff were always eager to assist, and I particularly appreciated the close proximity of accessible parking. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with the locally sourced sausages being a standout.
The only downside was that I didn't have a longer stay.

This is a good place to stay when traveling. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff shows efficiency. I enjoyed the restaurant with live music while relaxing after a long day. The location is easy to access from the highway, which is convenient for a single traveler like me. I appreciate that the area has many facilities for leisure activities.
The hotel is starting to show signs of age. There were some issues with my door key not working properly. The bathroom door also seemed to have a problem closing. I encountered some minor cleanliness issues as well.

The suite was clean and had a decent layout, but it kind of felt like a relic from the past. The location was perfect for our travel needs.
The sofa bed was more taco shell than restful, creaking like a haunted house!

Fantastic stay with a fab pool
The pool is massive, perfect for diving. Courtney at the front desk was super friendly and really helped us out with our room situation. Breakfast was decent, but the bed could've been comfier. They had an awesome restaurant with great food, but we skipped breakfast after the first day.
